ANKARA cheap lebron 16 shoes , Sept. 22 (Xinhua) -- The 828-kilometer-long security wall along Turkish-Syrian border is expected to finish construction by the end of September, state-run Anadolu Agency reported on Friday.
A total of 731 km of the border wall has already been built, and the remaining 97 km would be completed by the end of this month, an anonymous Turkish official was cited as saying.
The wall includes physical, electronic and advanced technological layers. The two-meter-wide and three-meter-high physical layer is mainly made up of modular concrete blocks, topped with one-meter-high razor wire. It also includes patrol routes, passenger tracks and watchtower.
The electronic layer consists of close-up surveillance systems, thermal cameras, land surveillance radar, remote-controlled weapons systems, command-and-control centers, line-length imaging systems and seismic and acoustic sensors.
The advanced technological layer includes wide area surveillance, laser destructive fiber-optic detection, surveillance radar for drone detection, jammers and sensor-triggered short distance lighting systems.

In addition to wanting decks that hold their beauty longer, homeowners are looking for more organic shapes to complement their landscapes and personalities. 鈥淒eck board bending鈥?tops the list of 鈥渢rends ready to take off this year鈥?for Jason Russell, a 25-year decking contractor in the state of Washington.
鈥淐urves are becoming increasingly popular in the decking world, contradicting the antiquated idea that all decks must have square corners,鈥?Russell wrote in a February column called 鈥淐utting-edge deck trends for 2017鈥?on . 鈥淣ow that I鈥檝e started doing curves, I don鈥檛 think I鈥檒l ever stop.鈥?p>
He uses heating blankets by Seattle, Wash.-based Heatcon Inc. that are made up of wires encapsulated in silicone rubber with a woven fiberglass outer layer. The heating blankets are 8 inches wide and 10 feet long and come in portable kits with heating controls and sensors.
To create a new shape, a deck board is placed between two heating blankets for 25 minutes to an hour. When the consistency of the board is like a big, hot noodle it can be taken to a forming jig.
鈥淢ost PVC-based decking materials will start to become malleable at over 190掳 F but they really need to get much hotter to easily bend into a smooth shape and to hold that shape as the product cools,鈥?Barnds said. 鈥淭he correct temperature needed for properly bending decking material to a permanent curve will vary depending on the product type 鈥?PVC or wood-polymer composites 鈥?specific composition, density, thickness and width of the material, and the radius of the curve. The range for most products is between 220掳 and 260掳 F. That is a temperature range that can be effectively achieved on the jobsite with commercial-grade heating blankets capable of reaching and consistently holding those temperatures.鈥?p>
Alternatively, many contractors use ovens at an off-site location to perform the heating and bending process, Barnds added.
The heated plank then is secured around a jig with clamps into the desired shape until it cools and becomes rigid again. The process is repeated to create interesting effects.
鈥淵ou can run the deck boards around kidney-shaped and oval pools like concentric circles of a pebble dropped in the water, carrying that visual out,鈥?Barnds said. 鈥淗eat-bending technology allows that.鈥?p>
Installers also are creating curved steps and benches or inlaying patterns, such as Celtic knots, to personalize outdoor living spaces. They are heat bending synthetic trim, too.
