The city of Berea owns the Browns’ headquarters and training facility, and have leased it to the club since 1991. Back in 2015, the Browns extended their lease with the city through 2029.Here are the details of where the agreement stands, per Ruiter:On Tuesday, Kleem told 92.3 the Fan that this is a great deal for the city; the Browns reportedly account for 25% of Berea’s income tax revenue.
